Can't be in 2 places at once? With our calendar management we'll make sure you aren't double booked

Maybe you are experiencing an error message when trying to book an activity?

When you login you can view all your activities in your Diary on your homepage, on the days you have activities taking place you'll see a red dot 🔴 . If you click on this day you can shortcut to the activity and manage your attendance/availability.

 

⛔ When you are making a booking the system will stop you from double booking your account onto activities that are running at the same time on the same day - or ones that have an overlap in time. You'll see an error message in the booking flow,  before you can continue to book a new session you'll need to cancel your attendance at the overlapping or clashing activity before being able to confirm your place on the newly selected one.
