How do I cancel my activity booking?
Need to cancel your booking for your holiday activity - follow these steps.
π Head to www.playwaze.com on your phone or laptop π±
π Login to your account π©βπ»
π Scroll down to your calendar - the red dots will appear as sessions you've booked for ANY of your accounts.
π Search and click on the date you want to cancel your booking withπ
π You'll see the names of the account you've booked, you can click on their name to cancel their booking π±οΈ
π You will need to do this for each day you want to cancel π
π You'll then receive an email confirming your cancellation β
βΉοΈ If you need extra help get in contact with your activity provider.
βΉοΈ If your booking has been locked you may not be able to cancel your booking - as above make sure you get in contact with your activity provider to let them know.
