How do I cancel my activity booking?

Need to cancel your booking for your holiday activity - follow these steps.

👉 Head to www.playwaze.com on your phone or laptop 📱

👉 Login to your account 👩‍💻

👉 Scroll down to your calendar - the red dots will appear as sessions you've booked for ANY of your accounts.

👉 Search and click on the date  you want to cancel your booking with🔎

👉 You'll see the names of the account you've booked, you can click on their name to cancel their booking 🖱️

👉 You will need to do this for each day you want to cancel 👍

👉 You'll then receive an email confirming your cancellation ❌

ℹ️ If you need extra help get in contact with your activity provider.

ℹ️ If your booking has been locked you may not be able to cancel your booking - as above make sure you get in contact with your activity provider to let them know.
