How to add participants to your activities

Useful for participants who turn up to your sessions on the day and didn't complete the booking online.

👉 Has your participant already attended a session or are they a member of your community?

IF YES:

They can be added via the blue add/invite buttons on your sessions:You'll be able to search for their name and select the day you'd like to add them to. 

IF NO:

You'll need to add them into you members section here first:

Once you have added them through the member search you can then click on their name and add any mandatory data you need to collect (if this is setup).

Once you have completed that step you'll then be able to add/invite them to your session, following the information above.
