How to cancel an Activity (Admins)

Here's a guide on how to cancel an activity instance, with some helpful FAQs

To cancel a session select the date you wish to cancel, take a peek at our admin function bar and select 'cancel'... really it's that easy! (See a helpful screenshot below)

Why can I still see my cancelled activity?

As an admin, you will see your activity. You can un cancel the activity, view the bookings and make changes to the activity. 

Participants won't be able to see the activity, the activity will be hidden in the booking flow!

Why has my activity uncancelled?

When editing an activity series, if you change the scheduling (i.e. the days the sessions run) our system has to recreate the activities and therefore un cancels the sessions. 

Edits such as description changes don't affect cancelled sessions. Keep an eye out for our warning popups, we tell you when this will happen!
