How to invite participants to your community

There are 3 ways in which your community can be discovered on Playwaze.

Invite

These links are generated in your community, you'll be able to see two options behind the +Invite button. You'll see you can invite via email and also a generated link.

New participants can then follow these links to create their account and join your community.

(1) + Invite button to show the options, (2) invite via email & (3) invite via link.

 

Share

When you are using Playwaze features you'll be able to view the Share buttons on your community homepage. We provide you with a share link, which can be posted on social media or through any communication channels you use, alongside the option to embed your Activities, Leagues, Memberships and so on into your website.

(1) Share button shows the pop up, (2) options for sharing, (3) copy link to share on socials & (4) embed to place on your own website.

 

Search

Finally, you can direct your participants to playwaze.com, from here they can use the Playwaze search to locate you and your activities.

When they click to Join or book, if they haven't already created an account this is where they will need to complete that process.

 

(1) pressing Playwaze takes you to the discover home & (2) participants should enter their location to view close by activity.

(1) Location, (2) filter by distance, (3) select to view communities, activities, or both, (4) the community filter allows you to search by name.
