Making a member an administrator

How to give a member in your community administrator permissions

Want to share some of the workload of managing your community? Make your members administrators by following these simple steps! 

 

If your member is already in your community follow these steps:

👉 Go to the Members section đŸ‘Ĩ

👉  Click the settings cog on the right hand side of your screen âš™ī¸

👉 Search for the member you want to make admin đŸ”Ž

👉 Toggle the admin button on (this will show as blue 👇)

 

If you are adding them as a new member follow these steps:

👉 Go to the Members section đŸ‘Ĩ

👉 Click Add or invite member ➕

👉 There account will then appear in your members list (you may need to refresh)

👉  Click the settings cog on the right hand side of your screen âš™ī¸

👉 Search for the member you just added to make them admin 🔎

👉 Toggle the admin button on (this will show as blue 👇)

ℹī¸ When you add a member that doesn't have a Playwaze account they will show as 'Inactive'  in your members list; don't worry when they create there account this will change to active as long as they use the same email you've added to the system in advance 😀

 

If you want to remove someone's admin access, you can follow these steps:

👉 Go to the Members section đŸ‘Ĩ

👉  Click the settings cog on the right hand side of your screen ⚙ī¸

👉 Search for the member you want to remove admin access from 🔎

👉 Toggle the admin button off (this will show as grey 👇)
