Removing a participant from a booking

Has a participant contacted you because they need to cancel and can no longer attend?

As an administrator, or if your account is selected as an Organiser on an activity you're able to remove participants from your 'Booked' list. This gives you the opportunity to open that space up to another interested participant if someone can no longer attend.

 

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the activity the participant need to be removed from
  2. If it's repeating, select the day of the activity 
  3. Open the Bookings page from the Admin bar
  4. Select the accounts you'd like to remove, these will show with a blue tick
  5. Click Remove
