Community Administrator questions;

My challenge hasn't started, I am taking payments and need to remove the challenge, what will happen to the payments I've taken?

Playwaze will automatically credit all users who have made payments, this is seen on their PlayPay balance (their balance on the Playwaze platform). 

If any refunds are requested the Payment merchant will need to refund the user from their Stripe Dashboard and debit the users Playwaze PlayPay balance to represent the refund.

 

Participant questions;

I need to unregister from a team challenge I have paid for?

If the challenge hasn't started, you will be refunded the payment as credit on Playwaze. If you require a refund of this credit, you will need to get in touch with your community.

 

If the challenge has started, you will not be entitled to an automatic refund. We'd advise getting in touch with your community to query if they are able to provide a refund.
