      Learn the difference between standard and premium activities

      Standard - With Bookings

      Create activities and take bookings on Playwaze

      You can create activities with standard features for free. You can still take bookings and payments and promote your activities on the Playwaze search engine.

      Features:

      • Take payments
      • One-off or recurring activities
      • Use a register
      • Booking confirmations
        • Send confirmations as in-platform notifications and by email
      • Publish to our search engine
        • Promote activities on Playwaze Discover

      Pricing: 

      Standard activities are free and there is no limit to the number of activities you can make.

       

       

      Standard - Without Bookings

      List activities on our search engine without taking bookings

      If you use another booking system, you can still promote your activities by listing them on the Playwaze search engine without taking bookings. You can then add a link to an alternative URL where people can book your activity.

      Features:

      • One-off or recurring activities
      • Publish to our search engine
      • Link to an alternative booking system

      Pricing: 

      Standard activities are free and there is no limit to the number of activities you can make.

       

       

      Premium

      Upgrade to create activities with premium customisation

      With premium activities, you have all the features included in standard activities, but you can add an extra layer of customisation by upgrading to premium activities. 

      Features:

      • Booking forms
        • Collect data from people booking your activity
      • Custom eligibility
        • Control who can book onto your activities, this may be an age limit or specific data requirement
      • Booking windows
        • Specify dates between which your activities can be booked
      • Add-ons
        • Include add-ons like equipment hire and meals in the booking process
      • Block bookings
        • This is a bulk book option for dates, so would mean that participants booking would be booking for all of the days you're providing. For example, if you had a Monday-Friday and you needed participants to be attending everyday (maybe a residential) this would ensure the whole week is booked. Our Repeating activities allow more flexibility for parent to select individual days.
      • Tiered pricing
        • Offer discounts to your users if they meet certain criteria (have a membership or are eligible for a discount depending on the information they submit in the booking form)
      • Virtual queues
        • Create a queue for bookings if your activity is oversubscribed
      • Reminder notifications
      • Promo videos
        • Add a video of your activities to give participants who are booking and idea of the look and feel of your activity!
      • Virtual activities
        • Online live-streams or on-demand video activities 

      Pricing: 

      You can upgrade to premium activities for £18 per month (or £180 per year). Once you have upgraded, there is no limit to the number of premium activities you can create.
