What do we record?

Fixture actions, are recorded once per team member for a fixture;

• Team member made available for a fixture
• Team member made unavailable for a fixture
• Team member selected for a fixture
• Team member added to reserve
• Team member removed from the fixture
  
  

Match actions, shown on the fixture date, are recorded when;

• Match is created
• Match is deleted

Charts

Teams with entries - number of unique teams with a team member available in a fixture.

Completed team sheets - number of unique team sheets with a team member available in a fixture.

New team sheets - the number of team sheets created.

Team sheets deleted - the number of team sheets deleted.

Disputation actions - the number of fixtures where a team sheets has been rejected. Recorded on the date of the fixture.

Approval actions - the number of fixtures where the fixture result has been approved. Recorded on the date of the fixture.

Total selections - the number a team members that have been selected for a fixture.

Unique users selected - the number of unique team members selected for a fixture.

Total deselections - the number of team members removed from team sheets.

Unique users deselected - the number of unique team members deselected for a team sheet.

Team sheet actions - the number of actions where team members are selected, available, not available, removed or reserve.

Pie Charts

Display unique data for team members that have been available, unavailable, selected or unselected.
