Using Events with Competition eligibility?

Here's a few tips to help you set up!

Event Create

Complete the event create flow to start organising.  You will create an acronym for the event 3-4 characters, keep a note of this! i.e. SWIM

Add new Competition

Now you have built the event, you will need to populate the competitions within. Start by clicking add new competition.

Follow the flow until you reach step 5 Eligibility. Here you will add properties specific to the competition you are creating.

Complete the competition create. When joining the competition the eligibility form will be shown. 

 

Need to edit the form?

You will need to find this in the team type section of the teams page. The Event Acronym (SWIM) + the competition name (100m Butterfly) is used. 

 

Click Manage form to make changes. 

 

Need to edit a rolled over event or competition ? 

Open the event, find the event acronym in the edit.

Search the acronym in the team type search and use manage form to make changes.
